We require no entrance fee or endowment - only a single all inclusive monthly rental, which includes:
Three meals a day, served
restaurant style
Housekeeping and laundry services
Private bath with walk-in shower
A call bell system in each apartment and bathroom
Medication reminders
Individual room climate control
Structured activities tailored to your interests
Basic Cable
24/7 support and security staff.
Three Sisters missioned here are licensed nurses. We are on site and oversee the care.
The Villas hires only Certified Nurses Aides.
Our entire staff - the CNAs, Dietary, Housekeepers, Receptionists, Activity Director and Maintainence are faithful, compassionate, and as dedicated to their vocations as are the Sisters. We pass on to them our vision of dignified, individualized care for all our Residents.
We could not do it without them!
We have virtually no turn-over in staff. Many of them have been here since the beginning - making them here longer then the present Sisters! This gives the Residents continuity of care and adds to their feeling of security. It's always good to see a familar face when you ring that call bell!
Many visitors comment on the loving, warm feeling they experience as they enter our home and speak to our wonderful staff and Residents.
That is EXACTLY what we are aiming for!
As our wise Foundress, Mother Angeline used to say:

We are a non-profit facilityWe're small in size, which lends to our unique, caring,non-institutional setting.We are all one level - no stairs or elevatorsPLEASE NOTE: In order to accommodate couples, it would be nessesary to rent two adjoining 'suite' apartments.Our State Residential Care Facility license is for SINGLE OCCUPANCY of each apartment. With our new apartments, we now have eight 'suites' which consist of a Room A and a Room B connected by a door - similar to hotel suites.
We have a waiting list for couples, but as these rooms are occupied by single Residents presently, the occurrence of both rooms of a suite becoming available at the same time is very slim.We provide peace of mind
Knowing that you - or your loved one - is in a safe environment and will receive the loving care and security that will permit them to enjoy life without the worry or concern of being alone, yet remain as independent as possible. Mother Angeline McCrory, foundress of the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm put it simply - that we are: "...to clasp the hand of an aged person and give meaning to the autumn of life".
A general layout of our studio-style Unit 'A' (*$3481) apartments. It's not to scale, but gives you an idea of the proportions. We have two size apartments. Unit 'B' (*$4182), the larger of the two, has a living area of 17' by 17', and has a larger window.
These rates are ALL INCLUSIVE, and cover all care and services. We have no 'add-on' fees. Keep that in mind when comparing our rates to other Assisted Livings!

You bring your own furniture to make your apartment uniquely yours. This is one of our "A" size rooms.
We have beautiful common areas for you and your visitors to enjoy - including our lobby with the double sided fireplace
Our Library - filled with old and current titles. It includes DVDs and videos - Large print books and books on tape. We also have visits every two weeks from the Columbus Metropolitan Library 'on wheels'.

You can get candy, snacks, soda, juice, greeting cards, stamps - and of course
ICE CREAM!!!!
Our newly renovated on-site Beauty/Barber Shop - (it sure is pretty!) where for a modest fee you can be kept looking your best - without venturing outside in inclement weather!

Of course, YOU decide what you want to do - what activities to participate in. Or, you prefer, you can just relax in your room.
But what fun is there in THAT?! We do our best to encourage you to join in!
There There are many serene porches overlooking our beautiful property, allowing for quiet reflection time.
Our Villa Residents keep busy! Ann volunteers her time as our switchboard/receptionist! The friendly helpful voice you hear when you call may be her!
There are planned activities, including BINGO (of course), trivia sessions, current events and crafts. Here the Residents are creating the centerpieces that will go on their dining room tables. 
A very serious group of card players....
There's a weekly shopping trip to a nearby supermarket, allowing you to 'stock up' on provisions - or a favorite tasty treat! Here they're loading up to be safely accompanied and assisted by Bernadette our full time Activities Director.
If you still drive, we have ample parking in our well lit parking lots - you just have to compete with the geese! A 'honk' of your horn usually moves them! They do 'honk' back, though!
Buddy our facility dog has MANY adopted Grandmas and Grandpas! Here he's enjoying a refreshing 'Frosty Paws' with Wilma!
