Villas At Saint Therese Assisted Living

This page may take awhile to load - there are lots of pictures of the progress of the construction of Marian Hall. It began in March 2009, and was completed in October 2009. We received certification from the State of Ohio for the eight new rooms on December 12, 2009. Then it was open and ready for occupancy!

As of 3/6/2010, we have five of the brand new rooms, and three of our existing rooms available.

Construction has begun on our addition that will add eight more rooms to the Villas Asssisted Living! This is the 'back' of the Villas, on the south side of the wing named 'Rosarian'

7/3/09 - The new parlor looking east. Here they replaced the outside porch that was destroyed in the construction 

9/4/09 WOW! The new parlor as you walk into the new wing!This is where Rm 124 was.

3/14/09 - Sadly, some trees had to be removed, but as you can see, it's still pretty 'woodsy'! We'll be losing part, or perhaps all of this small (five spaces) parking area also. But, we have adequate parking in the front of the building.

 3/14 The addition will extend out towards the woods from the existing building

3/14 One of our existing rooms - #124 - will be destroyed in the process (the large window). We'll also lose the porch.

 3/20/09 - They've knocked the bricks off the face of the porch, and started dismanteling the wood columns
